Three dimensional characters for the win.
"It feels better, right?" is the part that gets me, because it explains everything about Flash ever.
This right here is why I love Amazing Spider-man’s representation of Flash. The movie gets it. He’s not a terrible person. He’s a guy who’s acting out because he doesn’t understand how to deal with the shit the world has given him, and keeps taking it out (unfairly, of course) on others, like Parker. This is a guy who needs to know there is another way to aspire to, another way to respond to the terrible stuff life does to you, and he gets that in the form of Spidey.
Everyone gets straight and gay, so I’m leaving those out.
